I never wear the gloves anymore..I cannot get that creative feeling as well with them so my hands look that way as well. But since I do dishes by hand...no dishwasher, eventually they do get better. In fact, my hands are clean again. Time to get down and dirty, right?

Yah, I never wear gloves, either, but usually I'm using acrylics, and those come off pretty well.
